Healthy Food, Healthy Body, Healthy Home, Healthy LifeWhen I became pregnant I had already turned my diet into a clean, healthy diet that offered me a lot of amazing benefits. In fact, that's the main reason I was able to reach a place where I could conceive at all. But, after becoming pregnant I felt like there were a lot of other elements in my life that weren't on par with my clean eating habits and level of healthy activity.
I made a lot of changes over the last six months. I completely cleaned out my makeup, our cleaning supplies, and our home as a whole. I sought out even healthier recipes and foods that I could eat to benefit myself and the baby, and I did endless research on what works and what doesn't when it comes to having a happy, healthy pregnancy. I learned how to balance natural with the much-needed medical marvels that help protect a human pregnancy, and I learned how to recognize what is and isn't necessary for a healthy pregnancy on both sides of the spectrum.
